writes, "Taken by Traci Ball June 2003 on a clear night about 10:30.
She has a digital camera with a 3-5 second delay between shots and a night
vision setting. You could not see this with your your own eyes, but could
clearly see something on the camera's view screen. The bright dot appears,
expands for three frames, and then disappears into the bushes. The site is
the Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop courtyard in downtown Fredericksburg,
VA."
